I guess her apartment in NY still isn’t ready. She probably spent a lot of money on a place she can’t live in.

no brian, i think she said it was because of zoning laws they have in New York was the reason she can’t move in yet

That’s what I meant, a lot of money for a place she can’t move into. NY zoning laws must be a major pain.
